All orders placed on the https://www.kayleyloring.com website are handled by Kayley Loring. As such, Washington sales tax will be applied to Washington state customers. Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as PAYPAL *KAYLEYLORING.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. In the event of missing or damaged items, please click on the contact link on the Store page.
All digital product and merchandise sales are final and cannot be canceled because a third-party delivers those goods and we are unable to cancel those orders in time.
If, however, you purchase a single item and then realize you could have ordered a bundle that includes that item, you can use the contact link on the Store page to request a store coupon code for the difference in price between buying the bundle and buying the items separately. We would require proof of purchase. The coupon will be for one-time use in the Kayley Loring dot com store only.

If you require assistance regarding the shipment of your printed books from Bookvault, please click on the contact link on the Store page and we will contact them for you. If items arrive damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the book, they will require digital photographs of the issue in order to determine whether or not to replace them.
PLACING ORDERS
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. It is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Shipping and Return Policy.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
YOUR INFORMATION
To place an order, you’ll have to provide information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any order; and that

We do not store your credit card information. It is only used by the payment gateway (PayPal) and is handled on their secure server.
We do keep your billing and order information on records for a minimum of seven years in order to meet our legal requirements to keep receipts for our federal tax agency.
ORDER CANCELATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
- Goods availability
- Errors in the description or prices for goods
- Errors in your order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
YOUR ORDER CANCELATION RIGHTS
Any goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Shipping and Return Policy, which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy to learn more about your right to cancel your order.
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of merchandise that has already been custom printed/created for you, whether it has been shipped to you or not.
- The supply of all eBooks and digital goods.
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged your loss of cancellation right.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS, AND INACCURACIES
Items are only available for purchase and shipment where the manufacturer/printer ships and delivers. You will be notified during checkout if an item is unavailable to be shipped to you
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, prices, and details of the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of our products.
Errors could inadvertently appear in pricing, images, specifications, and availability. Similarly, your electronic display or screen may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. We reserve the right to change or update product information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, without prior notice.
We are constantly updating our offerings, so the goods available on our website may be temporarily unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information regarding our goods and in our advertising on other websites. PRICES
Prices for all products are subject to change and are listed in US dollars (USD).
Washington sales tax will be applied to orders shipped and/or billed to Washington state addresses.

You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except to enjoy the final product, whether it is a book or a piece of merchandise. You agree that you are not allowed to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, distribute or create derivative works based on our books and/or custom merchandise. You shall not exploit our products or services and/or act in such a way that you would financially benefit from our products and services.
